    What ROLE do you prefer?

So, SE is trying to move away from set roles people play in parties, aswell as getting people to try new things.

I think this is a good idea, but at the same time there are roles that people deep down will gravitate to as their first choice. I personally enjoy tanking, though that will more than likely combine the abilities of multiple classes.

    What ROLE do you enjoy?

I'm decidedly a tank at heart. I don't think I ever played different roles extensively :D

I voted support caster because sometimes the only one who can do a good healing job is yourself. I get annoyed watching other people play BRD or WHM because there is ONE little thing they aren't doing that drives me up the wall and that makes me want to push them aside and do it myself. -_-; Its gotten to the point where I can pick up a lot of slack even as BLU.

    I voted damage dealing caster.

I cast the spells that make the peoples fall down.

Melee DD, without question. I've tried to play casters and tanks in just about every MMO I've ever played, but none of them have ever been as exciting as being in the heat of combat and stabbing your enemies in the face really, really hard.

i voted support caster... i played mostly hybrid class healers in WoW(which was fun in the beginning, but now its a snore-fest) - shaman, paladin & druid , and when we returned to ffxi i did whm, so healing is where most of my experience lies.... but i also like melee DD a lot, from having played mnk on ffxi first off, and then later playing melee off-specs in WoW, particularly hand to hand melee... i really liked mnk >.>; i'm on the fence a bit. :)

Support caster all the way. I like having peoples lives in the palm of my hand....mwahahahaha!

I refuse to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person!

Tank, it's such a balancing act getting the right amount of hate, minimizing damage, controlling the whole flow of a fight I love it. It usually gets you more action than a DD in a LS setting to since people are less than eager to step up and risk death. I was a top tank in all my LS's and I guess I got hooked I also saw a lot of things because of it. I will do Hate controller or DD as my other jobs.

Besides as a tank if someone is annoying me I can slack off and let them die....
