I think its safe to say more than half of the people never or didn't play with JP's. It was really to keep server utilized, highest usage =P without adding a ton of servers. Since people all login at different times :D and they are all nicely 8hr spaced out apart. I doubt they would spaced out servers for world region, but we'll see. :D @ulmus
