This is a 2005 Square Enix E3 press conference tech demo for their up coming MMORPG. Could this be FFXIV Online?

   I think that was a 5th major city they were going to add when North American and xbox360 and versions were expected to overcrowd the current cities; or it was scrapped from an expansion.

   My husband was comment on how much that exact tech demo looked very much like the City-State Ul’Dah for ffxiv.
